Complete Guide to Apply New CIDB Green Card for Foreign Workers

For foreign workers who want to work in Malaysia, the CIDB Green Card is a mandatory document that must be obtained before working on construction sites. New applications for foreign workers require comprehensive documentation especially immigration and health documents.

Foreign workers must ensure all immigration documents including passport, work permit, FOMEMA medical report, and insurance coverage are valid and current before applying for CIDB green card. SICW certificate is also mandatory for all new applications.

With CIDB's new digital system 2024, the green card application process for foreign workers is now more streamlined, but documentation requirements remain strict to ensure compliance with Malaysian laws. We provide complete guidance to ensure your application succeeds without complications.
