Contractor Continuous Development - Mandatory for G1-G7 contractor license renewal
What is CCD Points?
The Contractor Continuous Development (CCD) Program is a mandatory program for all contractors registered under CIDB Act 520. This program aims to enhance the knowledge and professionalism of contractors in the construction industry.
CCD points are collected through participation in seminars, associations, publications, and other CCD events designated by CIDB. Contractors who fail to collect the required CCD points will have their registration certificate not renewed or their registration grade downgraded.
We provide services to help contractors obtain additional CCD points to meet the requirements for CIDB contractor license renewal.
CCD Points Required by Grade
- Grade G1 & G2: 10 points per year
- Grade G3 & G4: 20 points per year
- Grade G5 & G6: 30 points per year
- Grade G7: 40 points per year

Contractors must submit supporting documents such as certificates, support letters or others as proof of CCD points collected during license renewal application.
