Is NOT part of the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB)
Is NOT a government agency or statutory body
Is NOT an official representative or appointed agent of CIDB
Does NOT have any official relationship, partnership, or affiliation with CIDB
Is NOT authorized by the government to issue Green Cards, Contractor Licenses, or CIDB certificates

2 Nature of Our Services

2.1 Third-Party Service Provider

RenewCIDB is a third-party service provider offering professional assistance for:

Preparing and reviewing application documents
Assisting with CIDB Green Card registration and renewal processes
Assisting with Contractor License matters (PPK/PPKA)
Assisting with CIDB course registration such as SICW, CCD, and others
Providing advice and guidance on CIDB procedures
Representing customers in dealings with CIDB (with customer consent)

2.2 Service Fees

Fees charged by RenewCIDB are for professional services and consultancy only, and are NOT official government fees or CIDB fees. The fees charged are in accordance with guidelines established by the company. If the price offered is not agreeable to the customer, the customer has the right to not proceed with our services and may deal directly with CIDB or engage other consultants.

3 No Guarantee of Approval

IMPORTANT WARNING: RenewCIDB does not guarantee the approval of any application. The decision to approve or reject any Green Card, Contractor License, or CIDB certificate application is the absolute authority of CIDB and is subject to:

Compliance with requirements and criteria set by CIDB
Validity and completeness of submitted documents
CIDB's final discretionary decision
Current regulations and laws in force

Our services are to assist and facilitate the process, not to guarantee outcomes.

4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, RenewCIDB, Rentaka Trading and Services, Rentaka Agency, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, or representatives shall NOT BE LIABLE for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, business, or opportunities
Damage to reputation or goodwill
Delays or rejections of applications by CIDB
Changes in CIDB policies, procedures, or fees
Errors or inaccuracies in information provided by customers
Technical system interruptions or failures
Any actions or decisions by CIDB or other government agencies

5 Customer Responsibilities

By using RenewCIDB services, customers agree and acknowledge that:

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid information
Customers understand that RenewCIDB is a private service and not a government agency
Customers may deal directly with CIDB without using third-party services
Customers use RenewCIDB services by their own choice for convenience
Any false documents or inaccurate information is the sole responsibility of the customer

6 Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RenewCIDB, Rentaka Trading and Services, Rentaka Agency, and all their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:

Customer's breach of this disclaimer
Provision of false or inaccurate information by customer
Customer's violation of laws or regulations
Any third-party claims related to customer's use of services
