The Contractor Integrity and Code of Ethics Course is MANDATORY for contractors registering with CIDB for the first time. This certificate must be submitted before the next contractor license renewal.
What is CIDB Integrity & Code of Ethics Course?
The Contractor Integrity and Code of Ethics Course is a learning program designed to enhance contractor ethics and management efficiency in Malaysia's construction industry. This course focuses on safety, quality, and professionalism in construction work.
The main objective of this course is to instill integrity principles in all aspects of contractor operations and increase awareness of ethical practices in the national construction industry. Participants will learn about Act 520, MACC Act, and regulations related to the construction industry.
This course is conducted online with a 60-day period to complete the quizzes. After that, participants must attend a CIDB branch to sit for the assessment test to obtain the certificate.

Requirements & Timeline
Completion Deadline
Contractors have 2 years from the date their Contractor Registration Certificate is issued to attend and pass this course.
Certificate Requirement
The Integrity and Code of Ethics Course Achievement Certificate MUST be submitted before the next contractor license renewal.
Assessment Rules
Participants are NOT ALLOWED to delegate others to sit for the assessment test. Participants must bring valid identification documents (IC/Passport) during the test.
Course & Assessment Process
Course Registration
Register via WhatsApp or online form. Payment of RM400 course fee is required to begin learning.
Online Learning (60 Days)
Access the online learning portal and complete all modules within 60 days. Includes quizzes and interactive learning activities.
Register for Assessment
After completing the learning, register for an assessment session at a nearby CIDB branch within the learning period.
Assessment & Certificate (15 CCD Points)
Attend the assessment at CIDB with your IC/Passport. After passing, the certificate will be issued and 15 CCD points credited to the contractor's account.
