Note: For local worker renewal, the process only involves updating the CIDB system. Your existing Prepaid Card can still be used as it has a 5-year validity period.
Smart Card Upgrade: If you have an old green card, it will be upgraded to the new Smart Card version with gold chip. New card holders are not eligible for another physical card application within 5 years.

Lost/Damaged Old Card
If your old card is lost or damaged, you need to make a police report and provide a copy of the report as supporting document.

IC Changed After Marriage
If your IC number changed after marriage, information needs to be updated in the CIDB system.
Solution: Provide marriage certificate and new IC. We will handle the update in CIDB system.
Card Expired More Than 10 Years
If your card has expired for more than 10 years, you need to retake the SICW course before applying for a replacement card. This is a CIDB requirement to ensure workers receive the latest safety training.

Address Changed
