Terms and conditions for using RenewCIDB services

Notice: By using RenewCIDB services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
- "Company", "We", "Us" refers to RenewCIDB
- "You", "User" refers to individuals using our services
- "Services" refers to all services provided by RenewCIDB
- "Website" refers to www.renewcidb.com and all related subdomains
- "CIDB" refers to Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia
2. Services Provided
RenewCIDB provides intermediary and assistance services for:
- CIDB Green Card renewal
- New CIDB Green Card applications
- SICW and other CIDB course registration
- CIDB Contractor License application and renewal
- CIDB SCORE Certificate application and renewal
- CIDB-related advisory and consultation services
Disclaimer: RenewCIDB is a private service company and is NOT an official part of CIDB Malaysia. We act as an intermediary and support service provider only.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
3.1 Information Accuracy
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Update information if there are changes
- Be fully responsible for the authenticity of submitted documents
- Notify us immediately if there are errors in information
3.2 Valid Documents
- Only submit original documents or certified copies
- Not create or use forged documents
- Ensure all documents are in good condition and legible
- Provide official translations if documents are in a foreign language
3.3 Payment
- Make full payment according to the agreed rates
- Payment made before or upon submission of application
- Be responsible for any additional charges from authorities
- Understand that fees are non-refundable in certain circumstances
4. RenewCIDB Responsibilities
We are committed to:

- Providing professional and quality service
- Processing applications within the promised timeframe
- Providing regular updates on application status
- Complying with all CIDB procedures and requirements
4.2 Confidentiality
- Protecting the confidentiality of your personal information
- Not sharing information with unrelated parties
- Using information only for authorized purposes
- Complying with Malaysian data protection laws
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Fee Structure
Our service fees consist of:
- Processing fees to CIDB (set by government)
- RenewCIDB service fees
- Additional costs (postage, courier, etc.) if applicable
5.2 Payment Methods
- Bank transfer (FPX)
- Online banking
- Approved e-wallets
- Credit/Debit cards
5.3 Refund Policy
- Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun
- CIDB fees are non-refundable once submitted to authorities
- Refunds only in cases of company error
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
6. Processing Time
The stated processing time is an estimate based on:
- Past experience and CIDB performance
- Completeness of submitted documents
- Accuracy of information in the application
- Operating conditions of the authorities at that time
Processing Disclaimer: RenewCIDB is not responsible for delays caused by authorities, public holidays, system downtime, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Warranty Disclaimer
While we strive to provide the best service, we cannot guarantee:
- 100% success for all applications
- Exact processing times
- Specific outcomes from authorities
- No changes in CIDB policies or procedures
7.2 Liability Limits
- Our liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid
- We are not responsible for indirect losses
- We are not responsible for rejection decisions by CIDB
- We are not responsible for government policy changes
8. Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Providing false information or documents
- Rude or threatening behavior towards staff
- Failure to make required payments
- For operational or legal reasons
9. Personal Data Protection
The use and protection of your personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for detailed information.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time by:
- Providing 30 days notice via website
- Sending notification via email or WhatsApp
- Providing a copy of new terms to active customers
Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law, including but not limited to:
- Contracts Act 1950
- Consumer Protection Act 1999
- Personal Data Protection Act 2010
- Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia Act 1994
12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation.
12.2 Mediation
If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to a mediator agreed by both parties.
12.3 Legal Proceedings
Legal proceedings shall be made in Malaysian courts with jurisdiction, and parties submit to such jurisdiction.
